Tabort Etaka, 25, joins Legion FC having previously competed in the Championship for Las Vegas Lights FC, New Mexico United, San Antonio FC and Hartford Athletic. This is his fifth season playing in the USL Championship. Etaka made 21 appearances for the Las Vegas side and contributed five goals and one assist this season.

Tabort Etaka’s top season in the USL Championship came in 2019 during his time at Las Vegas. He made 31 league appearances and scored eight goals and recorded four assists in 2,249 minutes played. The Cameroonian also added 34 key passes over the course of the season for the Lights. Before making the move to Las Vegas for the 2019 season, he competed in the Albanian first division with KS Kastrioti Kruje during the 2018-19 season.
Internationally, Tabort Etaka has represented Cameroon in the U-20 level where he made three appearances at the African U-20 Cup of Nations in 2017.
