TAMPA, Fla. – The USL Championship announced its Team of the Week for Week 10 on Tuesday and, for a second straight week, Birmingham Legion FC star Enzo Martinez finds his name among those honored for his performance in a 1-0 win over the Tampa Bay Rowdies last Saturday.
The veteran midfielder proved to be the difference in his club’s 1-0 victory with a 68th minute goal at Al Lang Stadium to push his scoring streak up to three consecutive matches. Martinez did a little bit of everything against the Rowdies despite having just 26 touches on the ball with 5 of his 14 passes occurring in the final third, four fouls won and four tackles, in addition to his match-winner.
