BIRMINGHAM, AL — A seasoned central presence with experience across Central America’s top competitions.
Cole, 26, arrives after most recently featuring for Real Estelí, the most successful and widely supported club in Nicaragua. Prior to that, he competed in Costa Rica’s first division, gaining valuable experience in one of the region’s most competitive domestic leagues. His résumé also includes appearances in the CONCACAF Central American Cup, where he faced some of the strongest sides on the continent.
Primarily a central midfielder, Cole is comfortable operating as a holding midfielder or in a box-to-box role. He combines a relentless work rate with physical strength and composure on the ball, giving him the ability to influence matches in multiple phases. Whether breaking up play, covering ground defensively, or driving the ball forward, Cole brings balance and edge to the middle of the park.
A natural ball winner with a strong engine, Cole’s presence allows his team to establish rhythm and control. His technical ability under pressure, paired with his competitive mindset, makes him an asset in both structured build up and transitional moments. Teammates often feed off his energy, a trait that translates quickly in demanding environments.

With international club experience and years of professional minutes under his belt, Cole adds maturity and steel to Legion’s midfield as the club continues assembling a group capable of competing at a high level throughout the season.
